Most new traders put money at risk before they can read a chart; that is the problem VerTrader starts from. Instead of lecturing, the app teaches technical analysis through puzzles built from real market data — five solvable challenges a day, with no money on the line.
Every puzzle ends with a four-layer breakdown: what happened, why it happened, which signals were missed, and what it means on a live market. A wrong answer is a lesson too — the player sees exactly what they overlooked before moving on.
Approach
Progress is framed as a journey across a 5-region map rather than a lesson list, climbing from Coastal Town to Golden Summit. The second pillar is competition: a multiplayer arena ranks players with Glicko-2 — the algorithm the chess world relies on — so standings reward consistency, not luck.
The app ships natively on iOS and Android, with regional pricing.
