Data protection notice

This notice explains which personal data feterramedya.com processes, for what purpose and on which legal basis, in line with the disclosure duty under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Article 10.

01Data controller

02What we process, and where it comes from

  • Quote form: full name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project note, and your selections for work type, budget band and timeline.
  • Contact form: full name, email and your message.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address and a record of your consent.
  • Site usage: analytics cookie data only if you consent (details on the Cookie policy page).
  • Security: a short-lived, IP-based request counter protects the form endpoints against abuse; it is not stored permanently.

03Purposes

  • Evaluating your quote request and getting back to you.
  • Answering your contact message.
  • Sending new-article and tool announcements by email, if you opted in.
  • Keeping the forms and the site infrastructure secure.
  • Measuring site usage to improve the experience, if you consented.

04Legal bases (KVKK Art. 5)

  • Newsletter and analytics: explicit consent — you grant it and can withdraw it at any time.
  • Quote and contact records: being directly related to the formation of a contract.
  • Security measures: the legitimate interest of the data controller.

05Transfers and processing abroad

Data is processed on the infrastructure of these providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database — servers in Frankfurt/EU), Resend (email delivery) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics. As these providers operate servers abroad, transfers are made within the conditions of KVKK Art. 9.

Your data is not shared with any other third party and is never sold.

06Retention

Quote and contact records are kept while a working relationship remains possible and legal obligations require; they are deleted on your request. Your newsletter address is kept until you leave the list.

07Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Regarding your personal data, you may request:

  • To learn whether it is processed, and to receive information.
  • To learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly.
  • Correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Deletion or destruction.
  • To learn the third parties it has been transferred to.
  • To object to processing and to claim compensation for damages.

08Applications

Send your requests to info@bereketim.com; applications are answered within 30 days at the latest, as required by KVKK Art. 13.

09Updates

This notice is updated as needed; the date of the current version appears at the top of the page.
