TIER 03 — MONTHLY PARTNERSHIP

Monthly partnership.

Software and content lines from one team, every month: shoot day, edit, site development, measurement. One counterpart, one calendar, a written monthly plan.

LINES THAT RUN EVERY MONTH

The system we install, with us beside you.

Each line runs on a monthly cycle: we produce, you approve; at month end the report lands on the table.

  1. 01

    Content line

Monthly content plan, a shoot day and vertical edits (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) — your account stays full every month.

    ON US
    Plan, shoot, edit, named delivery.
    ON YOU
The person on camera and a weekly approval.
  2. 02

    Software line

Maintenance of the site and app, plus planned development every month: new pages, campaign pages, integrations.

    ON US
    Development, testing, release, speed tracking.
    ON YOU
A priority list at the start of the month.
  3. 03

    Campaign line

The film and the landing page ship on the same calendar; on launch day both sides are ready.

    ON US
    Script, shoot, page, measurement tags.
    ON YOU
The campaign date and message approval.
  4. 04

    Measurement

Month-end report: site speed (Core Web Vitals), GA4 conversions, content performance — one page, with commentary.

    ON US
    Measurement, report, next-month recommendation.
    ON YOU
Reading the report and asking questions.
  5. 05

    Strategy session

A monthly meeting: last month’s numbers, next month’s calendar and priorities on the table.

    ON US
    Agenda, decision log, updated calendar.
    ON YOU
    The decision-maker at the table.

WHO IT IS FOR

Is it a fit.

A fit

  • There is a live product or brand.
  • Content and development are needed every month.
  • Tired of translating between an agency and a dev shop.
  • The decision-maker can sit at the table.

Not a fit

HOW IT STARTS

Three steps to the table.

  1. 01/03

    Application

5 questions, 2 minutes. Your answers set the agenda for the intro call.

  2. 02/03

    Intro call

Free. Which lines are needed, the monthly scope and the calendar get settled; we come back within 1 business day to schedule it.

  3. 03/03

    Written monthly plan

Lines, scope, calendar and the monthly figure are written down; work starts with the signature. A first period of 3 months is recommended, then it continues monthly.

THE FIGURE

The monthly figure is the sum of the lines.

Each line’s starting figure is written on the pricing page; which lines enter the partnership is settled on the intro call, and the monthly total is itemized. Figures exclude VAT.

CAPACITY

Few partnerships at a time.

The founder sits at the table in every partnership; that is why only a limited number run at once. If capacity is full, the application joins the queue and a start date is given in writing.

ALSO TRUE IN THE PARTNERSHIP

What never changes in monthly work.

  • Every job starts with a written contract.
  • Progress is shown every week.
  • Revision rounds are written into the proposal.
  • Questions get a reply within 1 business day.
  • The first 30 days after delivery are covered free.
  • Payment is taken in two parts: at kickoff and on delivery.

Questions about the partnership

How long is the contract?

We recommend a first period of 3 months; in content and in software alike, results accumulate. After that it continues monthly and ends in whichever month you choose.

Can we take a single line?

You can; then it is a monthly service rather than the partnership, chosen from the monthly packages on the pricing page. The point of the partnership is two lines running on one calendar.

How much content and development per month?

It is written in the monthly plan: number of shoot days, number of videos, development scope. No unwritten line enters the invoice.

Do you manage our accounts?

No. We produce the content and deliver it named and ready to publish; publishing and community management stay with you.

Who keeps the source code and raw files?

You do. Each month’s work is handed over with source code and raw files; when the partnership ends, you are left with a working system.
