01How do you price a project?
Scope gets written first; the quote is itemized line by line. Nothing that isn't written at the start shows up on an invoice later.
02How long does a project take?
The schedule is written into the quote and moves with your approval. Duration depends on scope; every step has a dated deliverable.
03What do we see during the work, and when?
You see progress every week: a running build for software, a cut for video. We don't let surprises pile up.
04What happens after delivery?
The first 30 days of support are free. After that we offer a monthly maintenance plan; it's optional.
05Who keeps the source code and raw files?
You do. Work is handed over running, with source code and training.
06What do we gain by getting software and video from one place?
One contact, one schedule: when the team that shoots the campaign also builds the site, the language stays consistent and there is a single delivery date.
07Do we get revisions?
Yes; the count is written in the quote. Revisions within scope cost nothing extra.
08Do you work with a contract?
Every job starts with a written contract: scope, schedule, price and handover terms, signed.
